Gernandt & Danielsson advises Fingerprints in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue of up to approximately SEK 312.4 million and raising of a short-term loan of SEK 60 million

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Fingerprint Cards AB (publ) ("Fingerprints") in connection with its partially guaranteed issue of new shares of series B of up to approximately SEK 312.4 million with preferential rights for its existing shareholders and raising of a short-term loan of SEK 60 million provided by a consortium of external investors.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Fingerprints with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Gabriel Zsiga, and associates Jonathan Antonsson, Matilda Ellman, Viktor Skarehag and Marlene Wiklund mainly assisted by partner Foad Hoseinian and associate Sofia Hagelqvist.
