Double Irish in the lead after the first qualifier for the Falsterbo Grand Prix
On Thursday the international riders entered the jumping arena at the Falsterbo Horse Show for the first time this year. First out was the Qualification to Falsterbo Grand Prix presented by Trikem, a 1.50m jumping which was won by the Irish Darragh Kenny and his stallion Chic Chic.
The first clear round was Germany’s Sophie Hinners with Iron Dames My Prince. After that 14 riders made their way through the course with no faults, amongst them, Swedish riders Linn Widmark, Antonia Andersson, Erica Swartz Ryan and Ottilia Lundgren.

Falsterbo Horse Show arrangeras i juli varje år och är Skandinaviens största utomhusevenemang inom ridsport. År 2024 hålls tävlingarna 6-14 juli. Falsterbo Horse Show innebär inte bara internationell toppsport där svenska och internationella toppryttare tävlar i både hoppning och dressyr, utan är även en totalupplevelse med spänning, show, fest och trevliga människor. De senaste åren har evenemanget haft ca 60000 besökare årligen. TV- sändningar från tävlingarna visades i hela 71 länder. Totalt delades det ut prispengar för 8,5 miljoner kronor.
