HALDA SPACE DISCOVERY HAS BEEN PUT TO ANOTHER TOUGH TEST

One of the hardest tests a timepiece was ever put to is of course the one that was conducted during space mission STS-128, where astronauts truly gave Halda a run for its money. But there are other tough tests as well. Last week, the Halda Space Discovery completed a ten day testdrive over at KronosBlog. How did we do when a true watch critic examined and inspected us in great detail? Halda Watch Company was founded in 1887 by Swedish watch-maker Henning Hammarlund. It quickly became a worldwide success known for its advanced fine mechanics and quality.

In 2011, it features as part of the exhibition ‘NASA – A Human Adventure’, world premiering at National Museum of Science and Technology in Stockholm.
