Effektify Continues Its Expansion – Acquires Aimfor and Approaches 100 MSEK
Martech company Effektify continues its growth journey by acquiring the Stockholm-based marketing agency Aimfor.
Founded in 2021 in Halmstad, Effektify offers a unique platform that integrates and analyzes data from all digital channels. Soon, Effektify’s platform will function as a "marketing manager in your pocket," gathering and visualizing data to facilitate data-driven business decisions and streamline marketing efforts.
Now, Effektify is acquiring the marketing agency Aimfor. Mattias Edenholm, founder and Group CEO of Effektify, sees the acquisition as a strategic opportunity to strengthen the company’s offering:
“Aimfor has built impressive expertise in content and digital marketing. With this acquisition, we not only strengthen our presence in Stockholm but also expand our creative offering for our customers. This is an important step in our growth journey,” says Mattias Edenholm.
Effektify’s board includes prominent names such as former Klarna executive Jacob Lovén and Patrik Andersson, former CEO of Orkla and Loomis. The company has expanded rapidly through acquisitions, most recently acquiring the media agency Nokoby in September, which works with clients such as Bilia, Folkoperan, the Swedish Fire Protection Association, and Operation Smile.
Aimfor, now becoming part of Effektify, has clients including Peab, Rapide, Aktiespararna, and Svensk Byggtjänst. Specialists in content, design, and social media from Aimfor will also join Effektify.

Aimfor’s team and clients, including Peab and Aktiespararna, are now part of Effektify.
