EcoDC Holding AB (publ) contemplates issuance of senior unsecured bonds

EcoDC Holding AB (publ) (“EcoDC”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier AB as sole manager and bookrunner to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on September 10, 2024, to explore the possibility to issue senior unsecured bonds under a framework of up to SEK 2,000,000,000 and a tenor of three years. A capital markets transaction may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

The purpose of the transaction is to support EcoDataCenter’s accelerated business plan as a result of an unprecedented increase in demand for its services.
