Alandia Marine supports DSM19 as Silver Sponsor. What contributed to make this decision?
Alandia has participated in all DSM events since its inception in 2009 and has witnessed the positive development of the event and the energy in the Donsö society and hence we want to contribute to this important gathering.

What are your expectations for DSM19?
We see this as a very important meeting place for both the Swedish and Nordic maritime industry and we look forward to meet many existing partners and also establish new relationships.

What is your best memory from DSM17?
The strongest memory from DSM17 was definitely the positive atmosphere among all participants and visitors, which made a long-lasting impression. Furthermore, I was impressed by the powerful performance by Petter Stordalen.

What do you find are the opportunities and the biggest challenges in the Shipping Industry today?
To find new co-operation opportunities in order to contribute to more sustainable vessel operations and leave a positive footprint, which benefits society as a whole. One of the biggest challenges for the Shipping Industry is the regulatory framework, which is becoming more and more demanding.

How would you describe DSM in one word?
Inspiring.

And finally, do you prefer a sail or a motor boat for recreation, and why so?
Sailing boat due to the fact that the voyage and experience, not the destination, is the goal.
