Everybody knows how critical their professional reputation is for success as individuals, yet almost nobody knows what it looks like. Without any doubt, I would say that this is your most valuable and powerful asset and the cornerstone of your economy. Your reputation is in the hands of others, but from the moment you know what it looks like you can take ownership of it and start developing it.

Reputation in the number one in Europe when leaders are asked what is most important today. Economists in the US states that 75 percent of a company’s value is tied to its reputation. A company can’t have a reputation by itself – it is formed by its key employees.
