Cloudmore and Cryptzone initiate cooperation

Gothenburg, June 1st 2010 – Cloudmore and Cryptzone announce today that they have signed a distribution agreement with regards to Cryptzone’s SaaS (Security as a Service) range.

Cryptzone, one of the leading providers of information security solutions worldwide, has signed a distribution agreement with Cloudmore, a distributor of cloud services. Cryptzone’s encryption services for files, emails, USB flash drives, and Microsoft SharePoint® expands the range of security products available as services to Cloudmore’s many resellers. Cloudmore’s resellers receive, on a daily basis, many requests from companies and organizations that want to move their IT-infrastructure into the cloud.

In line with others in the market, Cryptzone experiences an increased demand for SaaS and Cloud services. “We see a rapidly growing demand for getting started quickly without in-house knowledge and/or infrastructure as well as a strong demand for a pricing model based on monthly subscriptions for small- and medium-sized end customers. It is my firm belief that more than 25 % of our turnover will come from the SaaS market in the future. We have chosen Cloudmore as our key partner to offer our products via SaaS,” says Peter Davis, CEO Cryptzone Group.

The cooperation with Cryptzone incorporates commonly requested encryption services which further strengthens and broadens our portfolio”.

The distribution agreement between Cloudmore and Cryptzone will initially include encryption services to be launched this fall, but both parties expect an extension of the agreement already by the end of this year. “During the latter part of 2010 we will be able to provide other products via SaaS and hopefully via Cloudmore who we expect not only to be market leader in Europe but also has a great potential in other markets such as the USA. Cryptzone will support Cloudmore with all means possible to ensure our joint success”, Peter Davin continues.
