The winner of the Children’s Climate Prize 2022 is Sparsh from Patna, India for his innovation the Thermal Floater. As this year’s winner he will receive a diploma, medal and prize money of SEK 100.000 from the Children’s Climate Foundation. This year’s digital award ceremony will take place November 24 by 11:00 CET at ccprize.org.
The digital award ceremony for the 2021 Children's Climate prize will be internationally broadcast on Friday, the 19th of November at 10:00-10:30 CET, at www.ccprize.org. This is the sixth edition of the Children’s Climate Prize – one of the world’s largest international youth climate awards, recognizing young people who have made extraordinary contributions to the climate and the environment.

This year marks the fifth edition of the Children's Climate Prize, one of the world's biggest international climate awards for young innovators. On 18 November at 10am and 7pm CET, the event will be broadcasted globally at www.ccprize.org. The duration will be 35 minutes.
On 12 November, this year's Children’s Climate Prize will be recorded “live on tape”, and it has now been confirmed that Sweden's Minister for the Environment and Climate and Deputy Prime Minister, Isabella Lövin, will be present during the recording and participating in the broadcast. On 18 November at 10am and 7pm CET, the digital event will be broadcast globally.
