Akhila Ram från Lexington, USA är den femte finalisten att presenteras för Children’s Climate Prize 2022

Under hösten har finalisterna för Children’s Climate Prize löpande presenterats och sist ut av årets fem finalister är Akhila Ram, 17 år från Lexington, USA. Med hjälp av maskininlärning har Akhila utvecklat en modell som övervakar grundvattennivåer. En lösning som har stor potential att ge helt nya möjligheter att planera och övervaka grundvatten.

Presenting the finalists of Children’s Climate Prize 2022

The jury has appointed this year's five finalists, all of whom make extraordinary contributions to the environment and climate. This year, the finalists come from the USA, India and Pakistan and one of them will be the winner of the Children's Climate Prize 2022. The winner will be presented in November and will receive a diploma, medal and the prize money of SEK 100,000.

Akhila Ram from Lexington, USA is the fifth finalist to be presented for the Children’s Climate Prize 2022

During the fall, the finalists for the Children’s Climate Prize have all been presented and now it’s time for the final one, Akhila Ram, 17 years old from Lexington, USA. Akhila has developed a machine learning model for continuous groundwater monitoring. A solution that has huge potential to create completely new possibilities for planning and monitoring groundwater.

Här är finalisterna för Children’s Climate Prize 2022

Juryn har utsett årets fem finalister som alla gör enastående insatser för miljö och klimat. I år kommer finalisterna från USA, Indien och Pakistan och en av dem kommer att stå som vinnare av Children’s Climate Prize 2022. Vinnaren presenteras i november och kommer att få ta emot diplom, medalj och prissumman på 100.000 SEK som delas ut av stiftelsen Children’s Climate Foundation.
