AxFlow Announces Divestment of INNVA A/S

AxFlow has reached an agreement to divest INNVA A/S to Hawle Austria Group. This decision comes after five successful years of collaboration and growth with INNVA as part of AxFlow Norway.

INNVA was acquired by AxFlow in 2019, and over the past five years, it has played a vital role in driving steady growth within the water market. Its performance and alignment with AxFlow’s mission have been integral to our success. INNVA’s portfolio - largely centred on sales of Hawle valves - has consistently demonstrated its value to our customers.

Recently, Hawle Austria Group decided to shift its sales strategy from distribution to direct sales and approached AxFlow with a proposal to acquire INNVA. After thorough evaluation, we concluded that this transition would provide INNVA with the best opportunity to thrive in a more focused environment while allowing AxFlow to pursue new avenues for growth.

Ole Weiner, CEO of AxFlow Group:
“We are proud of what INNVA has achieved as part of AxFlow Norway and grateful for the contributions of its team. This divestment is not a parting, but rather a strategic realignment that benefits both companies. We part as friends, with full confidence that INNVA has found a new and fitting home with Hawle Austria Group. For AxFlow, this opens exciting opportunities in Norway. The divestment allows us to redirect resources and energy into products and services that bring the highest added value to our customers.”

The divestment process will be conducted with the utmost care to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for all stakeholders. INNVA’s employees, customers, and partners can expect continuity and support during this period.
