TOTO till Sverige 2021 med ”Dogz of Oz Tour”, spelar i Helsingborg 10 augusti och Göteborg 15 augusti

TOTO kommer till Sofiero den 10 augusti och Partille Arena den 15 augusti nästa år, då med nya konstellationen som gjorde debut via en streamad konsert den 21 november. Biljetterna släpps den 14 december kl. 10:00 via allthingslive.se/toto

Få band har spelat så stor roll inom popkulturen som TOTO. De har släppt 13 studioalbum som sålt totalt över 40 miljoner exemplar och megahiten Rosanna har närmare 450 miljoner streams på Spotify.

Den 19 oktober i år, en dag ifrån årsdagen av gruppens sista konsert, meddelades det att Lukather och Williams skulle fortsätta turnéra under namnet TOTO. Taplin och Ham som tidigare turnérat med bandet är fortfarande kvar men nu tillkommer ytterligare tre musiker: bassisten John Pierce (som tidigare spelat med Huey Lewis and the News), trummisen Robert "Sput" Searight (Snarky Puppy), samt Steve Maggiora (Robert Jon & The Wreck).

Nu är det klart att TOTO kommer till Sverige sommaren 2021 för två spelningar med ”Dogz of Oz Tour”.

Steve Lukather hälsar:

During the course of this pandemic we’ve been reevaluating our career and how to move forward. People are either not with us anymore or have retired. We still feel like kids who want to be back on the road as soon as possible. It’s where we live. Joe’s growth as a producer, songwriter, engineer, singer and performer is inspiring. The timing of this move is perfect as Joe is at the top of his game, and he amazes me every day. We are enjoying this collaboration, and could not be more enthusiastic about the future.”
