Delphi recruits Mats Boman
Mats Boman will join Advokatfirman Delphi as partner 1 September 2012 at the latest. Mats Boman will join Delphi from White & Case LLP where he has been a partner since 2004.
Mats Boman’s experience and competence will further strengthen Delphi’s strong transactional position in Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets and IT.
“Mats Boman will contribute with his solid knowledge within M&A and specifically transactions related to IT and high tech as well as experience from cross border transactions”, says Stefan Erhag, Executive Partner at Delphi.
“The market for law firms in Sweden is currently undergoing significant changes and Delphi has over the last years positioned itself as one of the top-tier firms in the transactional sector” says Mats Boman.
