Delphi in real estate transaction
Delphi advised DAD Fastighets AB on the sale of all shares in Torslanda 86:3 fastighetsförvaltning AB. Torslanda 86:3 fastighetsförvaltning AB owns an attractive industrial building which occupies more than 14 000 m² well located in Torslanda, about 15 kilometres northwest of central Gothenburg.
The property was sold with Assa Abloy Entrance Solutions, formerly Cardo Crawford, as the main tenant.
The acquiring company is Helvick Swedish Property AB. The acquiring company was advised by Mannheimer Swartling, whose team was led by Hillevi Börjesson and she has mainly been assisted by Anna Magnusson.
Delphi’s team was led by Vilhelm Nyström. The team also consisted of Michael Knutsson, partner of Delphi's tax group, Fredrik Jorstadius (M&A), Erik Ljungqvist (tenancy) and Johan Kristoffersson (tax).
Commercial advisor to the seller was Colliers, led by Peter Wiklund.
