Delphi advises Fouriertransform AB on investment
The state-owned venture-capital company, Fouriertransform AB has invested in ArcCore AB in Göteborg through a private placement.
This investment makes Fouriertransform the biggest single minority owner, with 31 per cent and 3Core Aktiebolag remains majority owner with 69 per cent.
ArcCore is a product development company specialising in AUTOSAR-compatible software for control units in the vehicle industry.
Delphi advised Fouriertransform. Delphi’s team was led by partners Leif Ramberg and Johan Lövbrand Nilsson. Caroline Ygge, Siri Mårtensson, Eva Folkow and Fredrik Jorstadius were also involved in the transaction.
