Delphi advised Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA on the sale of its business supplying liquefied petroleum gas
Delphi advised Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX: ATD.A, ATD.B), on the sale of its business supplying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to industrial and commercial customers in Norway and Sweden. Buyer is DCC Energy and the transaction was announced on 4 September 2012.
Delphi’s team, was lead by Partner David Aversten assisted by Michael Juhlin, Johan Hübner, Daniel Svensson-Lundqvist, Paula Hogéus, Johan Wijk, Daniel Drott, Oscar Jansson, Elisabeth Eklund and Erik Ljungkvist. Delphi worked on the deal in close cooperation with Statoil Fuel & Retail ASAs Norwegian counsel Thommessen Krefting Greve Lund.
