International horse breeds and amazing sets: new highlights coming to the schleich® HORSE CLUB
The Lakeside Riding Centre is excitedly awaiting its new international residents: four families of horses from Spain, India and the USA will be joining HORSE CLUB in January. From March, the four HORSE CLUB girls and their horses will be showing off new poses and new outfits, too. From open stables to a new mobile vet practice, horse fans are in for a treat with four new sets landing in January, March and July. In particular, the brand-new POCKET SETs and the first series of HORSE CLUB collectibles are certain to impress. Twelve miniature sets representing various everyday scenes and seven adorable collectible foals will move into the country’s playrooms in January and July.
With their full manes and elegant gait, the Andalusian Mare and Andalusian Stallion will strike spirited poses at the Lakeside Riding Centre from January. In the same month, yet another well-known Spanish breed will launch, complete with handy accessories. The Pura Raza Española Stallion with saddle and bridle and the Pura Raza Española Mare with saddle and bridle. The beloved Paint Horse Family is getting a makeover, too: the Paint Horse Gelding, Paint Horse Mare and Paint Horse Foal will soon boast more vivid colours and new poses.
Asian arrivals
The new Marwari Stallion has travelled all the way from India and brought his family. With a white coat, black patches on the chest, and a two-colour mane, he is sure to turn many heads. The Marwari Mare has a beautiful brown coat and white fetlocks on three legs. Their adorable Marwari Foal looks just like his parents: a white coat, dad’s patches and mum’s brown ears and tail. The Marwaris have very unusual ears. They curve inward, almost resembling a crown or heart atop the head.
Handy new stables and a relaunch of the house
Lakeside is expanding in March. The Open Stable “Little Horseshoe” is a perfect addition to the Riding Centre. Sarah is busy feeding her Haflinger Mare and Foal. Later, she will be training on the large paddock with them before cleaning out the stables. The best part about the stable is that it folds up into a suitcase, offering room for plenty of horses. Small parts can be stored in a separate compartment under the roof. Little riding enthusiasts can easily take their stable and horses to their friends’ houses with them – or even on holiday.
As early as January, Hannah and her family get to move into their redesigned Lakeside Country House and Stable. New incarnations of beloved horses, human characters with cool outfits, new furniture and accessories and optimised colours: the freshly renovated house offers oodles of details and functions.
Mobile Vet and Western Truck
A horse is injured or feeling poorly? Mrs Kramer the vet is coming to the rescue! Thanks to the new Mobile Vet with Trailer set, she can take her practice anywhere. The pick-up’s loading area opens and is equipped with a wide range of accessories. It even contains an x-ray machine with three scans. The detachable horse trailer lets Mrs Kramer transport her patients comfortably and securely.
In July, a big western adventure kicks off. Western riders can hit the road in the big Lakeside Truck and Trailer, which comes with two horses, two human characters and one dog. It also contains plenty of accessories to help the riders prepare for their big race. The trailer has space for up to six horses, and its detachable roof can be used as a shelter.
Great for the road: small sets and collectible foals
HORSE CLUB Hannah & Cayenne, Lisa & Storm, Sofia & Blossom and Sarah & Mystery will be galloping into the Lakeside Riding Centre with new outfits and new poses in March. What kind of adventures do you think the four girls and their horses will have? And there’s yet another highlight: twelve POCKET SETs are launching in January. Each contains at least one animal and one human character. The POCKET SETs are all about lovely day-to-day scenes: Lisa enjoys a picnic with her dog, Kim has a camping adventure, Hannah spends a day at the lake. How fun!
In the second half of the year, the POCKET SETs will make way to twelve new sets to go with the various product lines. With so many scenes, there won’t be room for boredom.
In July, the collectible craze finally gets underway at the HORSE CLUB, too. Its first series of collectibles will consist of seven cute Collectible Foals. Excitement and eager anticipation are guaranteed.
The animals and human characters of HORSE CLUB are a delight for children aged four and over, who love the cheerful day-to-day at Lakeside.
