Innovative Design Meets Sustainability: Sagaform Launches Tova and Ted Travel Mugs
The goal was to create the best take-away mug on the market, a project that began over 1.5 years ago. Now, the innovations can finally be unveiled – Tova and Ted, two stylish, sustainable, and practical travel mugs designed to fit all occasions in life. Made from recycled stainless steel, they are unique in more ways than one. No matter where you are or what you're doing, these mugs are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional.
Both Tova and Ted are future classics for those on the go, enhancing the wonderful feeling of being right where you are. With a clean design and the characteristic Saga stripe in nature-inspired colors, the travel mugs are easy to love. Their functionality is also of the highest quality – double-walled, vacuum-insulated mugs that keep your drink hot or cold for a long time, ensuring your beverage is always at the perfect temperature.
– The initial plan was to create just one travel mug. But when we started researching what the market looks for in a travel mug, we realized there were significant differences in personal preferences. So, we created two different models to suit everyone. A key part of the project was to use recycled materials, and it took time to find a supplier who could produce our mugs in recycled stainless steel. But now we’re there! We are proud to once again have created a unique and sustainable Swedish original product," says Beatrice Lindgren, Head of Design and Concept at Sagaform AB.
For Sagaform, choosing sustainable and eco-friendly options is important whenever possible. While the brand is gradually replacing materials in its collections, they also aim to drive development forward by choosing recycled alternatives in their new products. Tova and Ted are a great example of this.
