SPS IPC Drives 2015: ROHM Semiconductor Displays Power and Drive products
Willich-Münchheide, October 12th 2015– At the occasion of SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg from November 24 – 26, ROHM Semiconductor will present its latest Power modules for high-reliable, high-speed switching as well as SiC MOSFET driving. The new BSM300D12P2E001 is suitable for high power applications such as large-capacity power supplies for industrial equipment due to its 300A rated current.
