QNTM ACQUIRES ACTITO, LEADING EUROPEAN CUSTOMER ACTIVATION PLATFORM
QNTM Group (QNTM) today announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Actito, the Belgium-based leading European software platform for Customer Activation.
QNTM continues to build a solid best-of-breed solution of AdTech and MarTech providers, by adding Actito to its ecosystem.
Actito is the first company active in the field of Customer Activation that QNTM acquires, and with offices in Benelux, France, UK, Spain and Canada, the QNTM Group now expands its footprint in Europe.
The acquisition of Raptor by QNTM in 2021, and now Actito, reinforces the Group's ambition to build a unique best-of-breed ecosystem in the MarTech space in Europe and beyond.
