Keith Curtis, Senior Energy Advisor, U.S. Dep. of Commerce, speaks at The Urban Agriculture Summit 2011 in Washington D.C.

Keith Curtis, Senior Energy Advisor, International Operations, US Commercial Services, ITA, U.S. Department of Commerce speaks on "Swedish-American Green Alliance; a saga about cleantech collaboration" at the Urban Agriculture Summit.

Mr. Curtis, a senior member of the Foreign Service, is based in Washington DC in the Office of International Operations at the US Department of Commerce Headquarters operations. He is working as the senior advisor on energy efficiency and renewable energy and is responsible for energy strategy worldwide for the Commercial Service. He also works as the Vice President for the American Foreign Service Association, representing the Foreign Commercial Service.

Mr. Curtis returned from Stockholm in 2008 where he served as the Regional Senior Commercial Officer for Sweden, Denmark, Latvia and Iceland. Mr. Curtis was responsible for commercial affairs for the region as chief representative for the US Department of Commerce programs. He was assigned to Stockholm in the August of 2003.
