Meet the award winner for 'Accountability'

This week we meet the award winner for our core value Accountability, Patricia Grinfass from our office in Nanterre, France.

Patricia won because, despite her 25 years in the company, she is still looking for improvements and she is always dedicated to protecting the company’s interest. She always handles all her tasks as an accountant with the same professionalism.

How did you end up working for Zenitel?

When I was looking for a job, I found 2 proposals. Zenitel seemed the best. I am happy to work here because I have seen an evolution in my work and the Zenitel group has brought value and recognition to it.

What’s a typical day like for you?

I have several responsibilities. I’m in charge of accounts payables and account receivables. I take care of written and telephone reminders. I resolve any disputes together with my colleagues and I take care of the treasury. I also control the orders, make the delivery notes, invoice clients and control the expenses sheets.

What do you like the most about your job?

The most interesting thing is the diversity of my position, for there is not only accounting. For example: finding solutions for disputes together with my colleagues from different departments. The main thing remains financial. Let the accounts be fair and the treasury will follow.

How does it feel to receive this value award?

I’m proud and happy to be honored. It’s nice to be appreciated for the work you do after so many years.

Which value do you identify yourself with the most and why?

Accountability is really the value to which I can identify myself the most. I’m rigorous and conscientious and it’s the most important in accounting.
