NNIT continues its commitment to focus on bringing digital transformation solutions to life sciences internationally. Regional execution of this strategy remains key, and Pia Bundgaard Ingels is now heading up NNIT’s activities in Europe.

Following the successful integration of group companies SL Controls and Excellis Health Solutions in Europe, and NNIT’s continued growth journey in life sciences, effectively immediately, Pia Bundgaard Ingels will be the new Head of NNIT’s Region Europe. Pia Bundgaard Ingels is taking over from Ricco Larsen, and brings more than 17 years of NNIT sales and consultancy experience.

CEO Pär Fors comments:

“I feel strongly about our continued growth journey in life sciences in Europe, and following the successful integration of group companies SL Controls and Excellis Health Solutions Europe, I am delighted to announce that Pia Bundgaard Ingels will take over as Head of Region Europe. Pia brings a unique set of capabilities to this position, combining strong sales and consultancy background from NNIT, as well as an in-depth understanding of Novo Nordisk and life sciences in general.

With this change, we are parting with Ricco Larsen, who for the past 25 years has been an integral part of NNIT in various leadership positions. I wish to thank Ricco for his longtime NNIT accomplishments, general professionalism, and leading role in establishing a unified Region Europe, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. At the same time, I would like to congratulate Pia on her new assignment as she leads the continued growth trajectory in the European market.”

Pia Bundgaard Ingels comments:

“The need for business-oriented digital consultancy services and solutions to further drive positive change and patient outcomes is profound in the life sciences industry. NNIT is uniquely positioned with our capabilities that span the entire life sciences value chain. In successful delivery of our consultancy and solutions, we can enable those who change lives, and I am proud and excited to be heading up this important part of NNIT and our many talented people in Europe.”
