Dutch market leader moves into the international travel technology arena by acquiring Low Cost Carrier booking engine technology company

Weert, 26^th of May 2011 – Pyton Communication Services, a market leader in the Netherlands in the travel technology business, expands its product portfolio with an international booking platform for Low Cost Carriers (LCC) by acquiring Elsy Arres and its affiliated software development activities.

After this acquisition, the activities of Elsy Arres will be operated in the name of Pyton Communication Services. Elsy Arres will be positioned as a product line within Pyton and the development activities based in Lindlar, Germany, will be integrated with the software development department of Pyton. Within Pyton, Luc van Schaik is appointed Product Manager for the Elsy Arres product and Patrik Cedervall is appointed International Sales and Marketing Manager.
