Third round of talent program with ICA Group
ICA continues with the successful trainee program ICA Young IT Professionals Program. ICA Gruppen has chosen to continue its cooperation with Nexer Tech Talent, responsible for recruiting, training and managing the programme.
– The purpose of ICA Young IT Professional Program is to secure required IT competence for us at ICA. The collaboration with Nexer means that we both get support managing the program and access to Nexer's large pool of talents. For ICA, this is an efficient way to bring in the skills required on our offensive digitalisation journey. The ambition is to give our talents a dream start to their future career with us, says Johanna Wiking at ICA Transformation Office.
This year's programme includes several roles and competencies required at different locations of the business. For example, Information Security, Business Analyst, IT Security, Testing and Systems Specialist. Participants are employed by Nexer Tech Talent for the duration of the program and then continue their careers at ICA.
– At Nexer Tech Talent, we are happy to further develop the collaboration with ICA, with a third program in the same number of years. The program is an excellent way of attracting and developing top talents who bring new competencies, ideas and energy to ICA Group's various operations, says John Sjöberg, Business manager at Nexer Tech Talent.
