Sigma IT awarded ”EMEA Partner/Customer Collaboration of the Year” at PimPoint Digital 2020
On October 5-9, PIMpoint Digital 2020, the world’s largest PIM event, took place, and Sigma IT was recognized twice, and won one prestigious award. The ”EMEA Partner/Customer Collaboration of the Year” award was given for the collaboration between Michelin and Sigma, in a project where Michelin transforms their customer experience with the help of inRiver PIM.
Sigma IT was also the highlight of the “Exceptional Customer Experience Track” with a seminar about the project, entitled “Building a better customer experience for Michelin”.
“It is with great pride we accept this prestigious award”, says Fredrik Axell, Business Area Manager Unified Commerce at Sigma IT. He continues: “We have worked with inRiver for many years in several large customer projects, and the award for best customer collaboration is the finest you can imagine. It shows we make a difference for our customer and that we deliver exactly what they need to develop their business and become more successful.”
During the event, digital only this year, Sigma IT held a presentation in the category ”Exceptional Customer Experience Track”, where participants could learn from the project. Rikard Mäkitalo, Project Manager at Sigma IT shared his learnings and experiences together with Rémi Lancry, Senior Data & Innovation Manager at Michelin and Martin Steffensen, Business Solutions Architect at inRiver.
“This is such a great project to lead! The pace is high and we have a lot of interesting challenges, and together with inRiver we can deliver really good solutions for Michelin”, says Rikard Mäkitalo, Project Manager at Sigma IT.
