About Karriärföretagen

Since 2011, Karriärföretagen has been presenting Sweden's most attractive employers, where those selected can call themselves Career Company for one year. Initially, the employer must meet a number of basic criteria and go through a selection process. In the process, an expert panel reviews and ensures that the employers meet the requirements and that they conduct high-quality work to be an attractive employer from several aspects. A qualified jury then selects those who become a Career Company.
