Nexer and Folksam continue to cooperate with Talent Program
Nexer Tech Talent has cooperated with Folksam with the talent program Folksam Tech Talent for many years. Previous programs have been a success, and therefore Folksam is launching its fifth program of the year-long introduction and development program in August.
- For the first time since the program started, in 2018, we have made a major change in the program structure. The talents will start as a joint team and learn our strategically identified technologies, platforms and a modern way of working where security and quality are part of the development. The idea is that they will then take these skills out to their respective teams, accelerating Folksam's digital transformation, explains Malin Wester and Jacob Karmehag at Folksam.
Tech Talent will ensure growth and secure skills in building the insurance and savings company of the future. Almost 50 talents have been introduced and developed at Folksam in the previous four talent programs.
- The fact that we are now in the starting blocks to launch our fifth program is incredibly exciting! It will be interesting to follow the new concept that we have developed with Folksam and the 14 new colleagues who will be part of the program starting in August, says Daniel Gyllensparre, Business Unit Manager at Nexer Tech Talent.
