Mynewsnight: The Game of Influencer Relations

How can PR professionals get started with influencer relations? Where should they go to find the right influencers for their brand? How do you turn influencers into shareholders?

Mynewsdesk is running a survey on how PR professionals are managing their influencer relations. Adam will reveal the findings and tell us what influencers mean to brands, how businesses measure the value of influence and how organisations define their influencer relations strategy.

An integrated approach to Influencer Relations, Michael Gonzalez: 6.20 - 6.40pm

How do you find influencers?  How has influencer relations developed over the last few years? Should you re-think how influence, comms and PR intersect? How important is the story? Michael will tackle all these questions and more in his session focusing on a fully integrated approach to influencer relations.

The Influencer Economy, Alex Myers: 6.55 - 7.15pm 

How can influencers help shape business success through involvement and engagement? Manifest London's work with BrewDog hasn't just involved ongoing influencer engagement, but has also been the world's biggest independent crowd-funding programme, where influencers became actual shareholders. Through this and other examples, Alex will look at how to make influencers not just fans of a brand but a part of it.

How to influence journalists through social media, Sarah Marshall: 7.15 - 7.35pm 

Creating a special bond with key influential journalists can be a hard task. In her session, Sarah will provide PR professionals with fresh insight into the world of journalists-PR relations and give practical tips on how to find and engage with them on social networks. From approaching them to building a relationship, she will guide you through all the steps to spread your organisation's story.
