Monterro, the leading B2B software growth investor in the Nordics, has today announced the first and final close of its fourth fund (‘M4’) at €700 million, making it the largest Private Equity tech fund in the Nordics. With the launch of M4 the firm now has over €1.1bn in assets under management.

Monterro has today announced the final close of a new small cap fund, G1, at its €150m hard cap. G1 will target the significant opportunity in B2B software in the Nordic lower mid-market, enhancing Monterro’s first-look position in the segment. It will follow the same strategy as a hands-on, operationally led growth investor and leverage the Firm’s powerful sector expertise and extensive network.
Monterro, the leading Nordic B2B software growth investor, has signed an agreement to sell SaaS company Next One Technology to EQT, that is investing in Next together with Adelis. Next, a leading construction software vendor, has grown significantly in the 5-year tenure, primarily within the Nordics.
