Soft light. Sharp effect – Perhaps the thinnest lens in the world

With the ultra-thin nanoOptix film of just 0.6 mm, LTS has proven via in-depth and innovative research that linear, directed light – with continuous, uninterrupted lighting and no impact from visible edges – is possible. This even lighting pattern can be produced by using film with a maximum length of 150m.

nanoOptix allows for greater design freedom in all areas. There is basically no limit to the potential range of applications for nanoOptix within architectural lighting, be it general lighting, product presentation or a glare-free workspace. This greater design freedom becomes possible with 7 different beam characteristics. To make sure you have the right light for every application. This great versatility of nanoOptix is highly impressive.

LTS achieved the real breakthrough for an absolutely homogeneous Wallwasher with the seventh beam characteristic. This homogeneous wall washing works with various ceiling heights and improves the perception of space boundaries. Particularly in meeting rooms and office spaces, a homogeneously illuminated back wall supports visual communication.

With very good efficiency of >120lm/W, the film is also suitable for use in eligible construction and conversion projects. To find out more about what makes a project eligible for funding, please visit our homepage. Highly efficient in two senses, not just in terms of energy consumption. Higher-level interior lighting quality, e.g. in the form of uniformly illuminated vertical surfaces, provides the basis for increased wellbeing, sharpened visibility and more comfortable working. The broad scope of application provides virtually unlimited possibilities in architectural lighting, depending on the ceiling height.

Thanks to the simple and modular structure, any beam characteristic can be achieved as required with the standard Lichtkanal and the right nanoOptix film. This provides a flexible and sustainable solution for any lighting situation.
