LTS has taken a new, curvy approach to lighting and transformed Lichtkanal 060, moving away from a straight line towards a dynamic and organic shape. Lighting designer Martin Pannier is enthusiastic about the new and exciting possibilities and infinite lighting scenarios.

The smooth design of Lichtkanal Curved creates new architectural scope for modern interior design. It either blends harmoniously into organic interiors or offers a strong contrast, a visual highlight in linear architecture. This makes Lichtkanal Curved ideal to illuminate spaces used for communication. The premium LED technology and homogeneous illumination throughout the whole system provides for a very warm and high sojourn quality.

The possibility of direct/indirect lighting or purely direct lighting pays to a complete lighting solution and gives the lighting concept a special character, which contributes to a perfect lighting solution.

There are no limits to lighting design, Ulrich Hermann, product developer of LTS Lichtkanal Curved, explains:

A successful endeavour – thanks to the curve collimators developed by LTS. They are capable of directing linear light in the shape of a curve absolutely homogeneously which has the enormous benefit that all the advantages of the standard Lichtkanal 060, such as light quality, efficiency, light colour, colour reproduction, homogeneity and controllability equally apply to the curved version.

The H profile of Lichtkanal 060 is available in three different radii of 513mm, 692mm and 1230mm. Individual radii are also possible on request. Lichtkanal Curved means no more limits to planning and design. With consistent light quality and the proven efficiency of Lichtkanal 060 more than 120 lm/W, Lichtkanal Curved is an exceptionally flexible system.

With this innovative project, LTS managed to direct linear light around corners: an architectural novelty made in Tettnang. Thanks to the flexible lengths of Lichtkanal 060 and the architectural design and combination options between the standard Lichtkanal 060 the curved light line, it is possible to create spaces with a variety of lighting elements. The lighting effect is as individual as striking, adding aesthetic value and enhancing the atmosphere in the room. Lichtkanal Curved guarantees high-quality, functional and decorative light.
