Press release -
Swedish Première for arena coffee in the mobile
Guldfågeln Arena in Kalmar will be first in Sweden to offer its guests the possibility to order and pay for their coffee with their mobile phones. The première will take place in connection with this evening’s football game between Kalmar FF and AIK in the Swedish National League. The solution has been developed by Löfbergs Lila.
- Naturally, it feels great that we are first to offer this service. This will shorten the lines to the shops and contribute to improve the total experience for our guests, says Thomas Tuvesson, manager at Guldfågeln Arena Restaurang & Konferens.
More coffee for more people
A lot of people and short breaks lead to long lines to the shops at the big arenas. The one thing that the new mobile web service will set right is the problem with long lines. This to make more people have time to shop. By visiting www.gfakiosk.se on the mobile’s web browser, the visitor can order and pay for coffee and snacks, which after that can be picked up at a special stand.
At the Guldfågeln Arena, there will be one stand to pick up your order on the upper floor and one on the ground floor.
- This is a modern solution that is good for us as well as our guests. Now, we have time to serve more coffee to more people. That is why I think it is great that Löfbergs Lila develops this kind of service, says Thomas Tuvesson.
- We are constantly working with finding solutions that make it easier for our customers to help their guests in an even better way. In this case, it is all about helping more people to enjoy a better cup of coffee, says Charlotta Stenson, business development manager, Out of Home, Löfbergs Lila.
The mobile web shop from Löfbergs Lila has received great interest, and the company is already engaged in discussions with other big arenas in Sweden.
