Lars Appelqvist talked about climate policy in the Riksdag

On April 25, Lars Appelqvist, CEO at Löfbergs Lila, participated in a breakfast seminar about climate policy in the Riksdag.

- It was a good discussion about what politicians and companies can do to step up the pace when it comes to climate policy, says Lars Appelqvist.

The seminar was organized by the parliamentary party of the Swedish Green Party. Löfbergs Lila was one of the companies in the Haga Initiative that were invited. The Haga Initiative is a company network, where the members have undertaken to reduce their climate impact with at least 40 % by year 2020, with their own measures.

- A lot of companies still think that an increased climate responsibility leads to a considerable increase in costs and they totally miss the opportunity of proceeds. We hope that we can be a part of changing that approach, says Lars Appelqvist.
