Leif Øie (49) has extensive experience from leading positions in companies in the construction industry. He also holds a doctoral degree.
LINK Arkitektur has employed Sissel Engblom as the Director of Urbanism. She will lead and develop LINK Arkitektur’s focus on urbanism, in close cooperation with Multiconsult and Analyse & Strategi, and their commitment to society. Engblom will develop a competitive urbanism department and report directly to LINK arkitektur’s Managing Director.
On 11 august 2015, the news of Multiconsult’s acquisition of the shares in LINK arkitektur AS (LINK) was released. The transaction is now completed making Multiconsult the sole owner of LINK as of 15 September 2015.
Kirsten Anker Sørensen has been appointed as CEO, of the office Link Arkitektur in Denmark. The main task for the new CEO, will primarily be to cement Link Arkitektur foothold in Denmark and to help develop a new strategy for the company.
Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") has entered into agreements with the other shareholders in LINK arkitektur AS for the acquisition of the remaining 68 per cent of the shares. Following completion of these transactions, Multiconsult, previously owning 32 per cent of the shares, will own 100 per cent of the shares in LINK arkitektur AS.
