Correction of Kommuninvest Green Bonds Impact Report 2023

On April 11, 2024, Kommuninvest published its annual Green Bonds Impact Report, in which the climate benefit from the municipal investment projects financed with Green Loans from Kommuninvest is reported. As a consequence of incorrect proxy calculations within the project category Green buildings, the reduced climate impacts is incorrectly reported for several projects. Kommuninvest is therefore publishing a corrected report. It also includes corrections of certain information regarding the project categories water management and waste management.

Overall, the adjustments mean that the total reduced climate impact from financed projects in the 2023 report amounts to 667,543 tons of CO2 equivalents, compared to the previously reported 668,485 tons.
