KommuneKredit has today announced a new 5-year fixed rate note issue in USD. Together with the new offering of bonds KommuneKredit will be offering existing investors a buyback option in two bond issues maturing in January 2021 and June 2021 respectively.

KommuneKredit has today announced an offer for a new 3-year Fixed Rate Note issue denominated in USD under its EUR 30bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The offer is expected to take place on 3 January 2018.
In connection with the offering of the new note KommuneKredit will simultaneously offer to buy back notes in three existing issues denominated in USD.
