Tomas Dolny new Director of Customer Success Management at Junglemap

Junglemap continues to strengthen customer relationships as part of its growth strategy. Tomas Dolny, with a broad experience within Visma, becomes the new Director of Customer Success Management.


Tomas Dolny joins Junglemap from his previous role as Head of Project Management Office at Visma EssCom and has many years of experience from both project management and commercial operations within business-critical IT infrastructure.

– For me, it’s important to foster the combination of business development and customer relations, says Tomas Dolny. And the CSM function plays a central role in all business development. At the same time, it is important to have a clear division of roles and structure, and that is something I also hope to contribute with.


Junglemap, developer of the pioneering NanoLearning method, holds a market leading position in the Nordics when it comes to on-the-job training in cyber security. However, the method is useful in many different areas and a continued business development in interaction with customers plays a strategic role in the companys’ growth strategy.
