日立によるフィンメカニカ社の信号・車両部門の買収が完了
株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼COO:東原 敏昭／以下、日立)とイタリア共和国のフィンメカニカ株式会社(CEO:Mauro Moretti／以下、フィンメカニカ社)は、本日、アンサルドブレダ株式会社(CEO:Maurizio Manfellotto／以下、アンサルドブレダ社)の修理・修繕事業と既受注案件の一部を除く事業および、アンサルドSTS株式会社(CEO:Stefano Siragusa／以下、アンサルドSTS社)のフィンメカニカ社が保有する全株式(アンサルドSTS社発行済株式の約40％に相当)について、日立による買収が完了したことをお知らせします。
