日立がイタリアの鉄道会社Ferrovie Nord Milano(フェロヴィノルドミラノ)社と二階建て車両の受注に関する正式契約を締結
株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼COO:東原 敏昭／以下、日立)の鉄道システム事業におけるグループ会社である日立レールイタリア社(CEO:Maurizio Manfellotto)は、イタリア共和国(以下、イタリア)の鉄道運営会社であるFerrovie Nord Milano(フェロヴィノルドミラノ社／以下、FNM)から、同社の通勤車両として、二階建て車両16両(4編成)を約53億円で受注しました。
日立レールイタリア社は、イタリアのフィンメカニカ株式会社(CEO:Mauro Moretti)から日立が2015年11月に買収した、アンサルドブレダ株式会社の修理・修繕事業と既受注案件の一部を除く事業を継承した企業です。
