Free immersive rides on the Intelligent Cycling Vimeo account

Many of us currently have to work out at home to keep our communities safe, but if you are used to the guidance of an instructor, this might pose a bit of a challenge!

To make the transition from bike class to home workout as easy as possible, we have decided to release a guided workout every third day on our Vimeo account.
The videos will be guided by experienced indoor cycling instructor and Intelligent Cycling ambassador, Anders Hansen Djurhuus.

We are releasing 10 guided workouts in total and they will stay online for 5 days each.
We hope they will encourage you to spice up your home workout, while we wait for the situation to return to normal.

You can find even more workouts in the Intelligent Cycling app, available in App Store and Google Play. It’s free for personal use.
