New product to be launched - Thermia Solid

Today Thermia is releasing Solid, a new large-capacity heat pump. It's a powerful "little brother" of Robust.

Today Thermia is releasing Solid, a new large-capacity heat pump. It has the same capacity and performance as the market-leading Robust, but has a lower price because of a new control system customized for buildings that don't require advanced extra functions.

"There have been lots of requests for this product. It's "big brother" Robert is a market-leading heat pump, in terms of performance and extra features. But far from all buildings have a need for these special features, making Solid a perfect alternative. Especially considering its low price. It will be a perfect fit for lots of apartment buildings, churches, stores, sports facilities and large houses", says Roger Andersson, Sales Manager at Thermia Värme.

The product developers at Thermia's international R&D centre in Arvika Sweden have focussed on keeping the price low, while retaining reliability, performance and user-friendliness.

"The fundamental idea is that you shouldn't have to pay for features you don't need. And if you need these ones, well then Thermia Robust is the right choice. This enables us to offer a product perfectly matched to the buyer's requirements", says Roger Andersson.

If you want additional functionality in Solid, you can buy it as an option. For instance you can extend the heat pump to provide the building with inexpensive, eco-friendly cooling. And with the option Thermia Online, Solid can be controlled wirelessly via the internet.

Output sizes for Solid are 20kW, 26kW, 35kW and 42kW.
