Hultafors Group Names New President to Lead the North America Hardware Division

Today, Hultafors Group proudly announces the appointment of Stephen J. Skeels as the new President of the North America Division, effective October 2nd.

Stephen J. Skeels brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned leader both from inside and outside our industry with a profound understanding of our business. His appointment marks a significant addition to our organization in the Hardware Division North America. Stephen will play a pivotal role in advancing our business in North America, where we see great opportunities to grow and expand our position.

Stephen's career has been defined by his ability to propel innovation, enhance brand identity, and craft winning product strategies. His proficiency extends across domestic and international sales, sourcing, marketing, as well as acquisitions and integrations, making him a transformative force within the North America Division.

Before joining Hultafors Group, Stephen served as the President at Buck’s Hardware LLC, where he achieved great success by driving operational improvements and strong sales growth that made Buck’s Hardware a clear leader in its market. Prior to that, he held several positions at Stanley Black & Decker among others as President for Emerging Markets at Hand Tools & Storage, and President Asia, Power Tools. During his tenure, Stephen led transformative business development initiatives, focusing on branding, product strategies, and execution excellence, ultimately fortifying operations.
