HiQ appoints Thomas Stoek as New Board Member

HiQ announces the addition of Thomas Stoek to its supervisory board, in order to support the tech consulting company’s growth and development in Germany and the rest of Europe.

Thomas Stoek has over thirty years of leadership experience in technology companies. He has previously served, among others, as CEO of Cloudflight, where he led a European team of digital strategists, software architects, data scientists, and cloud engineers in helping clients accelerate their digital transformation. His experience also includes successfully building and managing tech companies in several countries, such as Germany, Austria, France, the UK, and Israel. For over a decade, he has served in various board roles and is currently a member of the advisory board at AdEx Partners and chairman of the board at bluu unit GmbH. Additionally, since 2022, he has been an Industrial Advisor within IT at HiQ's owner, Triton Partners.

Bringing distinguished industry knowledge and international experience, Thomas Stoek joins the Supervisory Board to support HiQ’s ambition to grow in Germany and Europe and to further its excellence and position within the tech consulting and software development industries.

In his board role, Stoek will support the management teams in Sweden, Finland, and Germany, as they navigate both organic and inorganic growth phases by using the strong competencies and capabilities of more than 1,500 software developers, architects and other tech experts.
