Hedin Automotive Switzerland expands its brand portfolio by adding Dodge and RAM to its existing lineup. The Swiss headquarters in Zurich-Dielsdorf will serve as the new competence center for the two new brands, with sales nationwide and additional sales and service locations in development.
Hedin Automotive AG in Switzerland has entered into an agreement to acquire the BMW dealer H.P. Schmid AG’s operations located in the northern Zürich area, further strengthening the company's position as the second largest BMW and MINI dealer in Switzerland.
The British newcomer, INEOS Automotive, is launching the long-awaited Grenadier – a rugged yet refined utility vehicle not just tailored to off-road enthusiasts. Hedin Automotive is the official INEOS Grenadier importer in Switzerland and Lichtenstein, as well as 10 other European countries. On January 30, the company opened the first INEOS Grenadier flagship store in the greater Zürich area.
Hedin Automotive is pleased to announce the appointment of Markus Schwingel as the new CEO for the Swiss operations, effective January 1, 2023. Markus Schwingel holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and brings with him three decades of broad and deep automotive experience.
