Press release -

Jonny Skrivarhaug Assumes Role as CEO of Hedin Parts Group

Hedin Mobility Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonny Skrivarhaug as the new CEO of its subsidiary, Hedin Parts Group. Skrivarhaug, who has been serving as acting CEO since March, now assumes the role permanently, leading the company into its next phase of growth and development.

With an extensive background in automotive parts and logistics, Skrivarhaug brings invaluable expertise to his new position. He co-founded GS Bildeler, Norway's largest independent supplier of BMW parts, in 1993 and served as CEO until 2018. Following Hedin Mobility Group's acquisition of GS Bildeler in 2017, he continued to contribute significantly as Director of Business Development at Hedin Automotive, overseeing the BMW dealerships and service points in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, and Denmark. Skrivarhaug's responsibilities already extend to several spare parts companies within Hedin Mobility Group, including Koed, BNC Nordic Distribution, and GS Bildeler. Additionally, he holds a position on the Board of KW Group.

With the appointment of Skrivarhaug, Hedin Mobility Group aims to consolidate its part division under Hedin Parts Group. Recognising the increasing importance of parts within the automotive industry, the group aims to enhance focus and leverage synergies to strengthen overall performance and competitiveness for all its parts companies, including Interwheel, Hedin Recycled, GS Bildeler AS, Koed, and BNC Nordic Distribution.

- With his proven track record in parts and logistics combined with his strategic acumen and deep knowledge of the automotive industry, Jonny is the right person to lead Hedin Parts forward. During his interim tenure, he has played an instrumental role in fortifying the company's foundation for future growth and profitability, and I have full confidence in his leadership, says Anders Hedin, owner and CEO of Hedin Mobility Group and Chairman of the Board of Hedin Parts.

Skrivarhaug has been based in Nyköping since assuming the interim position in March. The company is now seeking a successor to lead Hedin Parts operations in Nyköping as he assumes the position of CEO for Hedin Parts Group, focusing on strategy, overall development, and success.

- Hedin Parts possesses the organisation and infrastructure required to meet the demands of a rapidly changing industry. I have had the opportunity to get to know the talented team, and I am eager to capitalise on the opportunities that come with being part of one of Europe's leading providers of automotive parts and services. I am excited about the future and look forward to contributing to our continued success in Hedin Parts, concludes Jonny Skrivarhaug, CEO of Hedin Parts Group.
