Hedin Automotive Acquires Alpina Group and Expands Presence in Switzerland

Hedin Automotive AG in Switzerland has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Alpina Group, the largest BMW and MINI dealership group in the eastern part of Switzerland with a turnover of around 117,5 million Euro in 2021. With the acquisition of the three dealerships in St. Gallen, Widnau and Chur, the company takes a further step in growing its presence in Switzerland.

Mit der Übernahme der drei Alpina Autohäuser in St. Gallen, Widnau und Chur macht Hedin Automotive einen weiteren Schritt zum Ausbau seiner Präsenz in der Schweiz, und nimmt die Position der zweitgrössten BMW-Händlerkette des Landes ein.

Hedin Automotive erwirbt die Alpina Group und erweitert die Präsenz in der Schweiz

Die Hedin Automotive AG in der Schweiz hat eine Vereinbarung zur Übernahme von 100 % der Alpina Gruppe getroffen, der grössten BMW- und MINI-Händlergruppe in der Ostschweiz mit einem Umsatz von rund 127 Millionen Schweizer Franken im Jahr 2021. Mit der Übernahme der drei Autohäuser in St. Gallen, Widnau und Chur macht das Unternehmen einen weiteren Schritt zum Ausbau seiner Präsenz in der Schweiz.

Hedin Automotive ekspanderer videre i Sveits gjennom oppkjøp av Alpina Group

Hedin Automotive AG har inngått en avtale om kjøp 100% av aksjene i Alpina Group. Alpina er den største BMW- og MINI-forhandlergruppen i den østlige delen av Sveits med en omsetning på rundt 117,5 millioner Euro i 2021. Gjennom oppkjøpet av de tre forhandlere i St. Gallen, Widnau og Chur, styrker Hedin Automotive sin tilstedeværelse ytterligere i Sveits.
