Service Design Project makes its debut in the Ähtäri and Tallinn zoos

Haaga-Helia has been cooperating with the Ähtäri Zoo in Finland to develop services according to the service design principles and now the cooperation is widening to the other side of the Gulf of Finland.

With the contribution of BOSS (From Borders to Shared Space) project, the Tallinn Zoo, alongside Ähtäri, will get their services evaluated and visitors interviewed during the summer season (first events took place at both zoos in June already) and the recommendations for service design and improvement outlined during the autumn by Haaga-Helia staff and students.

The project has been piloted by the Senior Lecturer from Haaga-Helia, Dr. Teemu Moilanen, who will also be invited as a guest speaker in the Hospitality Insiders Club in Estonia. For more information, click here.
