Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association General Assembly hosts Haaga-Helia's expert

Haaga-Helia was represented at Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association General Assembly on March 3rd at Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn in a twofold format - Haaga-Helia Senior Lecturer Pasi Tuominen delivered a presentation on the trends impacting the hospitality and Haaga-Helia Hospitality Competence Centre in Estonia was represented by its team among the event participants and an information stand.

The lecture ordered by the association received enthusiastic feedback and the audience also was invited to see the final part of the presentation - a black box hotel room currently developed at Haaga-Helia at the GastroFair in Helsinki on March 16-18.

Haaga-Helia Hospitality Competence Centre in Estonia team and info stand were approached on numerous occasions in order to congratulate on the successful first year, thank for interesting content of the activities and inquire about the events to come during the next study year to be launched in September. Association of Estonian Tourism Education visits Finland in study mission

Haaga-Helia Hospitality Competence Center in Estonia arranged study visit to Finland for Association of Estonian Tourism Education during October 7–9. HHHCCE also supported the visit by leading the group, done by Maria Velez and Ain Hinsberg. The delegation of 14 visited Haaga-Helia campuses in Porvoo, Pasila and Haaga, Helmi College, Haaga Restaurant School, Haaga-Perho and Edupoli.

HHHCCE celebrated World Tourism Day with Seminar

HHHCCE celebrated the World Tourism Day on September 25th with a seminar “Impact is Imminent” held at EBS. The event was co-arranged with Estonian Travel and Tourism Association and Association of Estonian Tourism Education. About 60 participants representing mostly the public and educational sectors related to hospitality and tourism in Estonia.

This time the event was held in Pärnu on September 17-18 at the newly re-opened Estonia Resort Hotel & Spa conference center.
