European Union to co-fund latest GlobalConnect digitalization project in Northern Scandinavia

GlobalConnect has received 1,1 million Euros in funding from European Union CEF (Connecting Europe Facility) to establish a new wavelength optical network between Norway and Sweden, catering to the continued digitalization of Northern Scandinavia. The project will provide new digital routes between Sweden, Norway and Europe and will increase the capacity and robustness of the digital infrastructur
